I offer a calm, confidential listening space for people moved by the climate and ecological crisis. As an HCPC-registered Integrative Arts Psychotherapist, Yoga Teacher and a Trauma Informed Climate Aware Therapist, I bring training in deep and attentive presence in this therapeutic listening space.

As someone with a hybrid background, I carry a lifelong awareness of what it means to live between cultures, lands and identities. I welcome these layered experiences as part of our climate story and experience. Whether you come with sadness, anger, confusion, numbness or quiet curiosity, you are welcome to arrive exactly as you are. This is a space to pause, to be witnessed, and to not carry it all alone.
