In a world filled with crisis, injustice, and relentless change, it’s no wonder so many of us feel overwhelmed, anxious, numb - or everything all at once. And when the people around us don’t quite understand, those feelings can feel even heavier.
This online workshop is a supportive space to explore the emotions we can experience when we deeply care about the world and learn practical techniques around how to care for ourselves and one another.
The workshop is free to attend for young adults (18–30 years).
What We’ll Explore
Using a mix of conversation, gentle practices, and neuroscience-informed insights, we’ll explore:
🌿 World Emotions (sometimes called climate or eco-emotions) through a “biodiversity of emotions” approach, where all feelings are valued and welcome.
🌿 Why it can be hard for us to really connect with our feelings and why it can be hard for others to truly listen
🌿 How our nervous systems respond to stress and how mainstream culture gets in the way of our abilities to feel safe and connected.
🌿 Simple, Supportive Practices to help calm, ground, and connect.
What to Expect
- A no-pressure, come-as-you-are space
- No obligation to speak - you’re welcome to just listen and reflect
- Practical tools you can use alone or with others
- A chance to feel seen, supported, and reminded that you are not alone
Please book via eventbrite.
