CPA is pleased to announce the launch of our new website. A warm welcome to all and we hope you find it useful and stimulating.
The brand new website for Climate Psychology Alliance went live today following an intensive period of design and development work that started in March 2015.
We hope that the new site will fulfil our aspirations to achieve a fresher approach to the long-term vision of providing psychological understandings to the Climate Change crisis.
Judith Anderson, project lead on behalf of the CPA Management Committee, and Site Editor, said, "I am pleased to have been part of this development and hope the new website will reflect and considerably enhance the work of this organisation. Much thanks is due to the detailed and extensive work by our website designer Nick Plant."
CPA Chair Paul Hoggett added "We are hoping that this launch represents a new stage in the development of the concept of climate psychology and its application to the task of containing destructiveness in relation to both the earth and humanity".
Web site visitors new and old are, however, asked to note that we don't regard the site you are now looking at as "complete" - we have many plans for further development. Please contribute your comments, feedback and ideas for further enhancements via our Feedback form, as your way to help shape and inform our plans.
More details about our new site, including a historic note, are available here.
